OVERVIEW

 

In the year 2013, Knowledge Group began as a telecommunications infrastructure construction contractor in Thailand, we provide some of the most excellent services, and crucial supports to many prominent mobile network operators nationwide. Our fields of expertise have since expanded and now comprise of residential and commercial constructions, architectural services, and electric construction. 

 

In 2014 and 2015, we have establised and acquired subsidiaries which operate impressively in the Manufacturing industry, and the Media and Advertising industry.

The Company

​

The exact date that Knowledge Group Company Limited (KEG) emerged into the playing field is 12th December 2013, when it was founded by a group of exceptional businessmen, and professionals, who have been friends, and occasionally business partners, for over 20 years. Each of them has been actively involved in their respective industry for decades and are proven experts in the disciplines of business administration and management. 

 

We began our company as a telecommunications infrastructure construction contractor offering various services and project management, however, we specilised in Fibre Optic Installation. Our first project was the FTTx installation project for the Thai Ministry of Education, when worked in partnership with Loxley Wireless PCL. We were later assigned another installation project from Angcom Group Co., Ltd., and SVOA Pcl. 

 

Early 2014, KEG obtained a major construction project from the Ministry of Education to construct store buildings in over 20 public schools nationwide. Coupling the beginning of our construction branch with the increasing demand for Polyethylene Pipes (PE pipes), we made the decision to establish Five Star Innovation Co., Ltd. as a PE pipe manufacturers - improving our stand within the industry. In the forth Quarter of 2014, KEG invested into Solution Valley Media Co., Ltd. and subsequently became the majority shareholder of the Company. The diversity of the investment improves our risk-bearing ability, and marks the first milestone of our substantial expansion into other industries.
